Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All children from 6 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
All children from 12 to 15 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: 3.6 % VAT is included.
Service charge is not applicable.
CHF 3.15 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Continental breakfast costs CHF 9.00 per person.
Full English breakfast costs CHF 25.00 per person.

Parking: Public parking is possible on site and costs CHF 15.00 per day.

Pets: Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.
