This small B&B in a restored historic building is situated only 50 metres from Locarno's Piazza Grande, above the Fondazione Patrizio Patelli art gallery and the Caffè dell’Arte.
You can enjoy arts and culture in a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere, far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The rooms are unique in their design and different from one another.

The Caffè dell’Arte features a large terrace sheltered by walls and allows one to fully relax whilst sipping an espresso, a creamy cappuccino or a hot chocolate.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.
If modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
